Our menu changes every month to reflect the turn of the seasons, working with the recipes that have shaped the culture of traditional and classic cooking.

We are located inside the legendary Mercado de los Mostenses in Madrid. We work in an intimate space with only 10 diners per seating.

We open Monday to Thursday with a short 4-course menu, and Friday and Saturday with a long 8-course menu — always at lunchtime.
