Shipping policy
At Rapaz, we operate under a print-on-demand model. Each product is manufactured specifically for each customer and is managed by external suppliers specializing in order production, preparation, and shipping (including, where applicable, platforms such as Printify).
1. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING MODEL
All orders:
Are manufactured on demand after purchase.
Are produced, prepared, and shipped by external suppliers.
Are not stored in our own stock.
This means that delivery times include:
Production time.
Preparation time (picking & packing).
Shipping time.
2. PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
The usual production time is 2 to 7 business days.
This period may vary depending on:
Product type.
Order volume.
Peak seasons.
3. SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
Once the order is produced, the estimated shipping time is:
Spain: 3–5 business days.
Europe: 5–7 business days.
International: 5–10 business days.
These times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs:
Are calculated at checkout before completing the purchase.
May vary depending on destination, weight, and supplier.
Rapaz reserves the right to modify shipping costs.
5. ORDER TRACKING
When the order is shipped:
The customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking will depend on the assigned carrier.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for:
Entering the shipping address correctly.
Reviewing all details before confirming the order.
Rapaz is not responsible for:
Errors in the provided address.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
7. DELAYS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Rapaz will not be responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping companies.
Customs or inspections.
External logistics incidents.
Force majeure.
Nevertheless, we will do our best to help you locate your order.
8. LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
In case of an unreceived order:
The customer must contact us.
An incident will be opened with the supplier/logistics.
If loss is confirmed:
Replacement or refund will be offered.
9. ORDERS RETURNED TO ORIGIN
If an order is returned due to:
Incorrect address.
Recipient absence.
Package not picked up.
The customer must bear:
Reshipping costs.
Possible additional costs.
10. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND TAXES
For shipments outside the European Union:
The customer may be subject to taxes or duties.
These costs are not included in the price.
Rapaz is not responsible for these charges.
11. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
In some cases:
An order may be shipped in multiple packages.
This will depend on the supplier and stock location.
