Refund policy

At Rapaz, all products are custom-made and manufactured to order. Therefore, our return policy complies with current regulations in Spain and the European Union.

 

1. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS

All products sold at Rapaz:

  • Are produced on demand.
  • Are personalized or custom-made for the client.
  • Are not part of standard stock.

This implies limitations on returns and cancellations.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (LEGAL EXCEPTION)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users: The right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore:

  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
  • Returns for incorrect size are not accepted.
  • Returns for personal preferences are not accepted.

3. CASES IN WHICH RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

3.1 Defective product

When the product has a manufacturing defect.

3.2 Order error

When the customer receives a product different from the one ordered.

4. CLAIM PERIOD

The customer must report the incident within a maximum period of:

  • 48 hours from receipt of the order

After this period, Rapaz reserves the right to reject the claim.

5. CLAIM PROCEDURE

To initiate a claim:

  1. Send an email to: hola@rapaz.es
  2. Include:
    • Order number.
    • Description of the problem.
    • Clear photographs of the product.

Rapaz will evaluate each case individually.

6. RESOLUTION

If the claim is approved, Rapaz may:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost.
  • Refund the amount paid (total or partial).
  • Offer an alternative solution.

The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.

7. REFUND CONDITIONS

In case of a refund:

  • It will be made using the same payment method used.
  • The period can be up to 14 calendar days  from approval.
  • Additional costs derived from external services will not be refunded.

8. EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

The following will not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized products without defect.
  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Products damaged by misuse.

9. CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations are only accepted before production begins, which takes 5 minutes from the payment of the order.
  • Once the process has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

10. SHIPPING COSTS

  • In case of error or defect: Rapaz will bear the costs.
  • In any other case: no refund applies.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rapaz will not be responsible for:

  • Errors in size selection by the customer.
  • Color variations inherent to the garment dyeing process.
  • Subjective product expectations.
