This website is operated by Rapaz. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rapaz. By accessing our website and/or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, you should not use this website.

These terms regulate:

  • The purchase of products
  • The rights and obligations between Rapaz and the customer

3. TERMS OF USE

By using this website, you declare that:

  • You are over 18 years old or have legal authorization
  • You provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • You will not use the site for illicit activities

We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

4. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All Rapaz products:

  • Are manufactured on demand and customized
  • May have slight variations (color, finish) due to the production process

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw products
  • Limit quantities
  • Change descriptions or prices without prior notice

5. PURCHASE PROCESS

The purchase process includes:

  1. Product selection
  2. Data confirmation (size, address, etc.)
  3. Payment
  4. Order confirmation

The contract is formalized at the time of payment.

The customer is responsible for checking that all information is correct before confirming.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT
  • Shipping costs are indicated before finalizing the purchase

Rapaz may modify prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

7. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

  • Products are manufactured after purchase
  • Deadlines include production + shipping

Rapaz will not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Transport companies
  • Customs
  • Force majeure

The risk of the product is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (LEGAL EXCEPTION)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore:

  • Returns due to withdrawal are not accepted
  • Exchanges for size, color or other preferences are not accepted

9. RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

Claims will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Defective product
  • Shipping error

Conditions:

  • Notification within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery
  • Submission of evidence (photos)

If applicable, Rapaz will:

  • Replace the product free of charge
  • Or issue a refund if replacement is not possible

10. CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations are only accepted before production begins
  • Once in production, it is not possible to cancel

11. LEGAL GUARANTEE

Products are covered by the legal guarantee in accordance with Spanish regulations.

The following will not be considered defects:

  • Wear and tear from use
  • Variations inherent to garment dyeing
  • Improper use

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (designs, texts, images, Rapaz brand) is protected.

It is prohibited to:

  • Reproduce or distribute without authorization
  • Unauthorized commercial use

13. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is governed by:

  • General Data Protection Regulation
  • Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights

Purposes:

  • Order management
  • Customer service
  • Commercial communications (if accepted)

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rapaz will not be responsible for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Losses derived from the use of the product
  • Errors in data provided by the customer

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the order.

16. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

The applicable version will be the one in force at the time of purchase.

17. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation.

In case of conflict:

  • The parties will submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile
  • Alternatively, the EU online dispute resolution platform may be used
