ABOUT US
Rapaz (slang for a mischievous kid) is our way of exploring the culture of the north of Spain through its traditional recipe book.
The three partners, born in León and Barakaldo, grew up enjoying the richness of the homemade cooking inherent to those areas.
Every month the menu is built upon a new set of recipes, which allows us to try and test methods, procedures and products in a creative and fun way. You can view our menu archive here, with all recipes since opening in October 2024.
Our main priority is the quality of the produce we use, relying on the close relationships we have built with suppliers and nearby markets so we can offer the best quality ingredients in our dishes.
With the same mindset, we offer an ever-changing wine selection, as well as a monthly curated wine pairing.
